We’re holding a Church Conference on Sunday, February 26 at 12pm. During this meeting, full members of The Summit Church you will vote whether to disaffiliate from the United Methodist Church denomination.
• Only full members of The Summit Church can vote
• Check-in will begin at 11:15am in the main lobby
• You must check-in to receive a ballot
• Once issued, ballots cannot be replaced if lost
• You may not check-in and obtain a ballot for another member other than yourself
• According to the UMC Book of Discipline, members must be present at the Church Conference to vote
• The meeting will begin promptly at 12pm, snacks & drinks will be available
• Childcare and lunch will be available for kids ages up to 5th grade, please register online in advance for childcare below
• Results will be announced after the voting at the Church Conference and via email on Sunday afternoon
