Mission Partners
The needs in Lee’s Summit and surrounding city and in the world are great and we are helping meet those needs through strategic relationships with our mission partners. Learn more about our mission partners below.
Hillcrest Transitional Housing
We're about helping people get back on their feet – for good. Through our partnership with Hillcrest Transitional Housing of Lee’s Summit, we don’t just give a hand out, we help give a hand-up, helping people go from homeless to self sufficiency through an incredible 90 day program. 95% of the people who walk into Hillcrest without a home, without a job, without hope – graduate with all of those things, as well as the confidence to start life out fresh again.
You can get involved by being part of our Hillcrest Apartment Team. This team helps to prepare the apartments for each new tenant so that they walk in feeling at home, supported, and welcome.

Lee's Summit Elementary School
Located in downtown Lee's Summit, Lee's Summit Elementary School's purpose in education is to develop the necessary skills for life and learning. In addition to providing top-notch education, "extras" such as friends, mentors, activities, special gestures, and fun are part of the LSE experience. These "extras" make memories that embody the very roots of our community. Through our partnership with LSE, we provide mentors in classrooms, Christmas gifts each year and funding for the CARES program to meet the physical needs of students.

FLourish furniture bank
As Kansas City’s furniture bank, Flourish empowers families overcoming housing insecurity with the safety, comfort, and dignity of a fully furnished home with a personalized shopping experience that allows them to choose what will go in their home. Through our partnership, we support them through the donation of funds, furnishings, and volunteers. Throughout the year, we hold several donation opportunities and we have team that goes in and helps with things like sewing, cleaning furniture, woodworking, sorting and more.
