When you pre-order a bouquet online, Finkle Florals will be popping up on Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 12 at The Summit Church to deliver your flowers for pick-up. Bouquets will be filled sunflowers along with hues of pink in a large wrapped bouquet. Be sure to reserve your bouquet online while supplies lasts. Pre-orders will end on May 1.

Our next Summit Seniors gathering is coming up on Wednesday, May 8 at 11:30am. You’re invited to join us for lunch and learn Max Lucado’s strategies for living without fear.

Summit Seniors is designed for people ages 55 and over to gather with others in the same stage of life and experience the joy that comes from growing your faith in community.  You will enjoy food, fellowship and teaching about Jesus and build lasting relationships that will encourage your spiritual journey.

Kids are invited to The Summit Church for some fun with WinShape Camp in summer 2024!

WinShape Camps brings the ultimate day camp right to our neighborhood, combining fun, faith and friendship into an action-packed week. Kids will cultivate their God-given skills and talents with a mix of indoor and outdoor moments, physical activity and creative play, with epic adventures at camp all day and sleeping soundly back at home at night. At the end of the week, we’ll even serve up a day of fun for the whole family — complete with a yummy lunch from Chick-fil-A.

This year Student Camp is coming home! This 4-day camp experience is happening August 5-8 right here at The Summit Church. We have so many incredible things planned from late night parties, engaging sessions, small and large groups environments, TOURNAMENT TUESDAY, break outs, prayer experiences, worship, world class speakers, tons of food, all the merch, and a convenience store open to all of your late night cravings!

RECREATION/FREE TIME is going to be over the top including all the things you’ve come to expect from camp like soccer fields, football fields, basketball goals, dodgeball arena, interactives, video games and so much more.

Nicaragua Mission Trip

Do you want to do something big to help others, but you don’t know where to start? Going to a new place and beyond your normal life is an incredible opportunity… and you get to help people follow Jesus and find life.

We are so excited to be partnering with Project H.O.P.E in August 2024! We’ll be taking a team to Managua, Nicaragua to serve and interact with local families, schools, churches and more August 10-17, 2024. This mission trip, we will partner with a mission team that had over 25 years of experience in building God-filled relationships and communities. We will assist with building cinder block homes for people living in cardboard and tin shacks, assist with health clinics, pray with families, interact with kids in the community and more. It’s a great chance to be FOR Nicaragua and experience trusting God in a new way this summer. If you want to go further than you are right now, this trip will stretch your faith AND you will help people in need.

FOR Project: Summit Eco Warriors

We’re partnering with Summit Eco Warriors to help beautify our city! Summit Eco Warriors is working to help clean up our city by organizing groups for trash pick up along the highway. The next day to do that is on Saturday, April 20 from 9am-11am as we remove litter from areas on I-470 in our community.

Volunteers must be ages 15 and over. Safety vests and grabbers will be provided OR you may bring your own. More information will be sent to you upon registration!

Kids up to 5th grade are invited to some fun at Summit Kids! This Easter, there will be programming for kids during our services on Saturday, March 30 at 4pm and Sunday, March 31 at 9am & 10:30am. During our time together, kids will hear about the Easter story and the hope they can have in Jesus! There will also be fun games, music, prizes and more.

On Saturday following the 4pm service, there will also be a fun event for kids in our parking lot! This celebration will include a petting area with bunnies & chicks, games, Cowtown Donuts and the Chick-Fil-A trailer will be here for you to purchase food.

If you are interested in having your child dedicated or baptized at our next baptism and dedication service, this is a great place to start!

  • Do you want to learn about the differences between dedication and baptism as well as decide which works best for your family?

  • Do you want an opportunity to establish a commitment to raise your children in the way of the Lord?

  • Do you want to partner together with others in our church as well as our Family Ministry staff?

This August, we’re sending a team to serve in Nicaragua with Project H.O.P.E. This group will be led by Mark Stoddard. It’s a great chance to be FOR Nicaragua and experience trusting God in a new way. If you want to go further than you are right now, this trip will stretch your faith AND you will help people in need! The trip is taking place August 10-17, 2024.

Help fill The FOR Truck’s mobile food pantry on Sunday, March 10 and 17! Here’s what a family of 3-4 needs:

·        2 cans - Canned Meat (Tuna, Chicken, Spam, etc.)
·        3 cans - Vegetables (corn, green beans, peas, beans, canned tomatoes)
·        4 cans - Soups and Stews
·        3 cans - Canned Fruit
·        2 cans - Canned Broth (Chicken, Beef, Veggie)
·        2 cans - Beans
·        2 boxes – Grains (Pasta, Rice, etc.)
·        1 plastic jar - Peanut Butter
·        1 plastic jar - Pasta Sauce
·        2 boxes – Breakfast (Cereal, Granola Bars)
