Daylight Saving Time is beginning on March 10, so we wanted to make the morning a little easier for your family as you "spring forward" one hour. Your child is invited to wear their PJ’s to Summit Kids and get a Pop-Tart for breakfast! Pop-Tarts will also be available for students in the student section. We hope to see you there.

Kindergarten through 12th graders are invited to serve at The Summit on Tuesday, November 14! From 6pm-7:30pm kids and students will help with several different mission projects, including helping build boxes for our Thanksgiving grocery delivery. Sign up online if your child plans to be there!

Let’s celebrate an extra hour of sleep with donuts in kids and student ministry! Sunday, November 5 time falls back. Remember to change your clocks and get a donut in kids ministry, or if you’re a student, in the student section at 10:30am service. This will be a sweet way for kids and students to remember the time change!

Kids in grades K-5 are invited to The Summit Church Sunday, October 29 for a Halloween Party. There will be fun, themed activities and so much more! Everyone is invited to come in their costumes to church, the party will be during our normal service times at 9am and 10:30am. We can't wait for this fun morning in kids ministry!

Our camps were amazing this year! We want to celebrate the way God moved in our students' lives this summer. Join us at the 9am or 10:30am service on Sunday, August 20 to go over life-changing transformations, witness baptisms, and celebrate our students' commitment to growing in their faith!

There will not be summit kids programming for K-5th grade at summit kids. bring the whole family to camp celebration in the worship center instead!

Betty Rae's will be at The Summit Church to celebrate too! You will be able to purchase ice cream for your family from the Betty Rae's truck.

As one school year has ended and another approaches we’re planning a Pop Up Sunday preview on Sunday, July 30. Your kids will get a sneak-peek of what their next classroom will be like and meet their new leaders! Our hope is that this is an opportunity for kids to become comfortable in their new space and make the transition in August a bit easier. Questions? We’re hosting a hangout for kids on Thursday, June 2 to celebrate the end of the school year! We’ll have hamburgers and hot dogs, chips & a drink for dinner and a free shirt for each child. We’ll spend the evening having some crazy outdoor fun, so kids should come ready to get messy!

Kids’ Night Out is coming soon! Kids up to 6th grade are invited to an incredible night enjoying pizza, Christmas crafts, a movie and more from 5:30pm-8:30pm on Friday, December 10. It’s a great opportunity for parents to enjoy a date night or get in some last minute Christmas shopping.

The cost is just $20/child, $30 for 2 children and $40 for 3+ children. All proceeds help benefit our Student Ministry Mission trip to Los Angeles, CA in March 2022!

Come have some fun at Summit Kids on Sunday, October 31! Kids are invited to wear their friendly costume to church, play some fun games, and enjoy some treats (no tricks). There will even be a photo opportunity for your child to take a Polaroid picture to take home with them.

We're so excited to invite your child to SuperStart! at The Summit Church! In case you’ve never heard of SuperStart! before, here is a quick overview. It’s an event produced by Christ In Youth, an organization that has been putting together age-intentional events all over the world for the last 50 years. SuperStart! will take place in our Worship Center, where your child will have a chance to engage in worship, fun, games and more alongside kids their age.

The theme for SuperStart! this year is Treasured and centers around Deuteronomy 26:18, teaching kids that their true value and worth is found in God who treasures them.

Your 4th-6th grade child is invited to join us on Saturday, March 13 from 10am-5pm. We’ll spend the morning at The Summit having fun learning and growing together, then spend the afternoon at SkyZone. Masks will be required and we’ll practice social distancing, too! The cost to attend is just $50 per child (which includes a t-shirt if you sign up by February 21)!

Every child that attends SuperStart will be entered to win a NINTENDO SWITCH LITE during our time together. And, it gets even better - for every friend your child invites and brings to SuperStart, they will get an additional entry in the drawing to receive the prize!

After consultation with Eagle Lake, our staff, and medical professionals in our church, we have made the decision to cancel Eagle Lake Camp for the summer of 2020. But, we’re excited to let you know that camp, in some form, will still be taking place!

Our team has been working behind the scenes to be sure that your elementary-aged kids have a great camp experience this summer. This summer we’ll be providing you with everything you need to have kids’ camp in your own backyard!  The cost is $30 per child to get your own camp swag bag filled with all kinds of fun, camp activities, crafts, discussion guides and more. Kids and their families are invited to Family Night at The Summit Church! At this night, your family will enjoy games, a photo booth, skits, worship, and come together to learn and grow in your relationship with Jesus. It’s a great opportunity to spend time learning with your family and beginning conversations about who God is, or how your children can follow Him well. There will also be hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and drinks for purchase! If you have kids, you don’t want to miss it!

Family Night is for those with kids three years old through 6th grade. Childcare will be available for kids 2 & under. Kids older than 6th grade are welcome to attend, but keep in mind this event is designed to engage our three year olds through 6th grade.

Parents of all ages and stages are invited to Parenting With A Purpose. It’s a FREE 7-week course designed for parents of kids and students to become better equipped to parent in a Godly way. Over the 7 weeks, we’ll discuss topics like social media, mental health, navigating failure, how to make your home a safe place for sharing and more! The class will be led by multiple guest speakers who are expert professionals in their field of each topic.

The class is FREE and an incredible tool for you and your family! There will also be resources available to purchase throughout the class.

Parenting With A Purpose is each Wednesday night from 6:30pm-7:30pm from October 9 - November 20. Register online today!

We really believe parents play the most vital role in their children's faith journey, and this meeting will be a time for you to become better equipped to help lead your children nearer to Jesus. You'll have an opportunity to meet other parents in our church family, hear from our Student Ministry and Kids Ministry teams, and learn about resources that are available to help you and your family follow Jesus well. Resources will range from parenting, how to talk to your kids about God and so much more!
